You can generally use our loan calculator without entering contact details.
When using the loan calculator, we process the calculation data you enter as well as technically necessary usage and log data to the extent necessary to provide the calculator, ensure functionality, prevent abuse, and guarantee IT security.

- Term and repayment parameters
- Extra payments

The processing takes place for the following purposes:

- Selection of a suitable financing partner
- Transmission of your request to exactly one financing partner

The legal basis for the processing and forwarding of your request to a financing partner is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
Consent is voluntary. You can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by this.
Without this consent, no lead generation will take place.
Contact will only take place if you have expressly authorized the respective communication channel.
For this purpose, we obtain separate consents for the following channels:

- Email
Contact serves exclusively to process your specific financing request.
To prevent false information, abuse and to ensure accessibility, we can verify your email address and phone number via a confirmation code.
In doing so, we process in particular:

The processing serves the prevention of abuse, the correct assignment of your contact details and the secure processing of your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, insofar as verification is necessary for processing your request, as well as supplementary Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in preventing abuse and being able to prove proper contact details and consents.
For the internal processing of contact requests, we use a rule-based assessment system. Certain information from your request is taken into account, for example:
- Financing request
- Employment
- Income information
- existing credit burdens
- other objective request parameters
This assessment system serves exclusively to prioritize requests internally and assign them to a suitable financing partner.
No exclusively automated decision-making with legal effect or similarly significant impairment takes place. Relevant cases are reviewed manually.
If you consent to the lead generation, we will transmit your data to exactly one financing partner from the partner list displayed at the time of your consent.
The selected financing partner processes your data after transmission as an independent controller.
No further transmission to other financing partners takes place.

For the operation of our website and our systems, we use technical service providers, in particular for hosting, database operation, version management, email communication, verification and consent management.

Use of the loan calculator is generally possible without entering contact details.
If you request a lead generation, you must provide those data that are necessary for processing your request and for contact by the selected financing partner. Without this information, no lead generation can take place.
